The agreement
By accessing or using realty.mk you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. The service is provided by realty.mk DOO, Skopje, RNM.

User accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration data and for keeping your password safe. Impersonation, false data or multi-account use to bypass limits is prohibited and results in suspension.

Listing rules
All listings must be accurate with authentic photos (no theft, no deceptive editing). The same property cannot be posted multiple times. Non-existent, already-sold or unauthorized listings will be removed. Photos are checked via EXIF + perceptual hash.

Free listings
Individual users get 3 free active listings. For more or boosted placements use tokens or premium plans. Listings stay live for 60 days and can be renewed manually.

Partner agencies
Partner tiers (Free / Pro / Enterprise) are billed monthly. KYC verification is mandatory for PRO+. Rule violations or fraud terminate the agreement without refund. Disputes are settled in the courts of Skopje, RNM.

Limitation of liability
realty.mk is a platform connecting buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any sale or rental contract and we are not liable for the accuracy of third-party content. No liability for indirect or consequential damages.

Intellectual property
The realty.mk name, logo, design and code are owned by realty.mk DOO. User content remains user-owned but with a display licence inside the platform. Scraping or resale of content is prohibited.

Changes to terms
We may update these terms. For material changes you will be notified by email 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
