realty.mk DOO, Skopje, Republic of North Macedonia operates this website and all related services. For any question about your personal data contact privacy@realty.mk.

• Contact data (name, email, phone) when you register or contact an agency. • Listing data (address, photos, description) when you publish a listing. • Technical data (IP, browser, device type) through anonymised logs. • Cookies and similar — full detail in our Cookies policy. • Anonymous analytics events (only with your consent).

We process on: consent (marketing & analytics), contract performance (listings & viewings), legal obligation (invoicing, AML for agencies) and legitimate interest (fraud prevention).

We use trusted processors for: hosting (Hetzner, Cloudflare), payments (Stripe/CPay), email (Resend), maps (Google Maps), AI (Anthropic, ElevenLabs) and analytics (Plausible). All have DPAs or SCCs in place. We do not sell your data.

• Accounts: 3 years from last login (then anonymised). • Listings: 12 months after archiving. • AI calls / transcripts: 90 days. • Financial records: 10 years (legal obligation). • Analytics logs: 14 months.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, portability and objection. You can exercise these from Account → Privacy or by emailing privacy@realty.mk. We respond within 30 days.

Primary servers sit in the EU (Hetzner Finland). Some processors run US-based infrastructure (Cloudflare, Stripe) under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and SCCs.

TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256-GCM at rest, rotated backups (3-day local + weekly off-site), least-privilege access and PII-redacted logs.

realty.mk is not for users under 16. We delete any minor account as soon as we detect it.

When we update this policy we notify you 14 days before it takes effect. A version archive is available on request.
