Karpos: portrait of a quietly rising neighbourhood

Karpos picked up a sharper identity this year. Average price per square metre in Karpos 1 and 2 rose 18% year-on-year, while Taftalidze stayed flat — but with critically thin supply. Block-level traffic measures in 2025 added more pedestrian streets, and three new private kindergartens open in autumn 2026. Together these forces are turning Karpos into the new destination for families who once considered Aerodrom or Debar Maalo.
